基于CATIA/VPM平台的飞机标准件应用与管理技术

摘要

当前飞机标准件管理系统与三维设计软件集成度不高,导致标准件应用和管理的分离,设计效率低且不利于产品生命周期管理.以CATIA设计软件和ENOVIA VPM平台为支撑,结合CATIA二次开发技术开发出集成于CATIA的标准件调用界面,实现本地标准件在VPM中的实时入库和调用,避免了标准件数据冗余,减轻了虚拟产品管理(VPM)系统的数据量和运行负担.最后针对应用介绍了VPM系统的文档管理方法.%The current integration of standard aircraft parts management system and three-dimensional design software is not high,resulting in separation of application and management of standard parts,low design efficiency and adverse management of product life cycle.Basing on CATIA and ENOVIA VPM platform,develops a calling interface integrated into CATIA for standard parts with secondary development technology of CATIA.It realized real-time storage and call in the VPM for local standard parts,avoided data redundancy of standard parts and reduced the data size and operational burden of VPM system.Finally,describes documents management method of VPM system in accordance with its application.
