为了改善ZC1型蜗杆传动副的啮合性能,有必要对蜗轮齿面瞬时接触线进行分析.基于空间传动的啮合理论,对自动扶梯用ZC1型蜗杆传动副进行数学建模,建立其二次包络的数学模型,推导出蜗轮齿面瞬时接触线方程,用MAT-LAB软件将蜗轮齿面瞬时接触线曲线描绘出来,并分析各主要设计参数对瞬时接触线的分布影响.结果表明中心距α、砂轮圆弧齿廓半径ρ、导程角γ均对蜗轮齿面瞬时接触线有一定影响.%To improve the meshing performance of ZC1 worm gearing,it is necessary to analyze the instantaneous contact line of the worm gear tooth surface.Established the mathematical model of double-enveloping ZC1 worm gearing for automatic escalator based on the theories of the space meshing.The worm wheel tooth surface instantaneous contact line equation are established.At the same time,the curve of worm wheel tooth surface instantaneous contact lines are described with MATLAB,and the influence of the main design parameters on the distribution of instantaneous contact line is analyzed.The results show that center distance a,radius of tooth profile of grinding wheelρ and lead angle γhave a certain effects on meshing performance.
