船舶军工制造企业MES应用研究

摘要

Aiming to the development status of production management and information level in domestic ship military manufacturing enterprises,analyzed their features of production management and management requirements of actual businesses.Based on research on basic theory of MES,proposed and built the production management platform for ship military manufacturing enterprises based on MES.Finally,introduced some implementation and application effects in a ship military manufacturing enterprise.%针对我国船舶军工制造企业生产管理和整体信息化水平发展现状,分析了该行业的生产管理特点和实际业务数据管理需求,结合对制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)理论的研究,提出并构建基于MES的船舶军工制造企业生产管理平台.介绍了MES在某船舶军工制造企业的实施情况和应用效果.
