目的 观察益气安痫胶囊的抗癫痫作用.方法 采用最大电休克法和士的宁致惊厥法,观察益气安痫胶囊对小鼠发生惊厥的潜伏期、惊厥小鼠数和惊厥后死亡小鼠数的影响;采用戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠法,观察益气安痫胶囊对小鼠睡眠潜伏期、睡眠持续时间的影响.结果 益气安痫胶囊有抗最大电休克作用,可降低电刺激致小鼠惊厥率及士的宁致小鼠惊厥率和病死率,延长士的宁致小鼠惊厥和死亡的潜伏期,缩短阈剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠的睡眠潜伏期和延长小鼠睡眠时间.结论 益气安痫胶囊具有明显抗癫痫作用.%Objective It is to observe the anti-effect of Yiqianxian capsule ( YAC ) on epilepsy. Methods The effects of YAC on the eclampsia delitescence , the number of the eclamptic mice and the number of the dead mice after eclampsia in the mice eclampsia models set up by electric stimulation and ip Strychnine were observed. The effect of YAC on the sleeping delitescence and the sleeping persistence time in the mice sleeping model set up by ip Pentobarbital were observed. Results YAC had anti-maximal electroshock role, and could decrease the eclampsia rate of the mice, decrease the eclampsia rate and the death rate of the eclampsia mice induced by Strychnine, prolong the eclampsia and death delitescence , markedly shorten the sleeping delitescence of the sleeping model mice induced by Pentobarhital at threshold dose. Conclusion YAC has a obvious effects of anti-maximal electroshock.
