肠淋巴管结扎对失血性休克大鼠重要器官ATP含量及膜泵功能的影响

         

摘要

Objective It is to observe the effect of intestinal lymphatic ligation on ATP content and tissue and cell membrane pumping function of vital organs in hemorrhagic shock rats. Methods 36 Wistar only male rats were randomly divided into sham group, shock group and shock bowel lymphatic ligation ( shock + ligation ) group. All severe hemorrhagic shock models were established under aseptic operation. After fluid resuscitation, shock + ligation group received bowel lymphatic ligation , sham group were normal rats; shock group received the same treatment as shock + ligation group except bowel lymphatic ligation. The contents of ATP in liver, kidneys, lungs, heart and the activities of K2+ , Na2+ - ATPase, Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ - AT-Pase, Ca 2+ - ATPase and Mg 2+ - ATPase were determined at 3 h, 6 h and 12 h after fluid resuscitation. Results The contents of ATP in every vital organs and the activities of K 2+ , Na 2+ - ATPase, Ca , Mg 2+ - ATPase, Ca 2+ - ATPase and Mg 2+ - ATPase in shock + ligation group were all obviously higher than that in shock group. Conclusion Intestinal lymphatic ligation intervention can relieve injury degree of vital organs in the uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock, the mechanism may be related with its increasing ATP content and improving of membrane pumping function.%目的 观察结扎大鼠肠淋巴管对失血性休克大鼠重要器官ATP含量及其组织细胞膜泵活力的影响.方法 36只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为假休克组、休克组及休克肠淋巴管结扎组,无菌手术,均复制重症失血性休克模型;输液复苏后休克肠淋巴管结扎组行肠淋巴管结扎,假休克组为正常大鼠;休克组除不结扎肠淋巴管外,余同休克肠淋巴管结扎组.于输液复苏后3h、6h、12h对肝脏、肾脏、肺脏、心脏ATP含量及组织细胞膜K+,Na+-ATPase、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase、Ca2+- ATPase及Mg2+-ATPase活力进行检测.结果 休克肠淋巴管结扎组各重要器官ATP含量明显高于休克组,休克肠淋巴管结扎组重要器官细胞膜K+,Na+-ATPase、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase及Mg2+-ATPase活力明显高于休克组.结论 肠淋巴管结扎干预可减轻失血性休克中重要器官的损伤程度,机制与其能降低ATP含量及膜泵功能有关.
