温运合剂对脾虚泄泻小鼠的肠道功能及肠道菌群的保护作用研究

摘要

Objective It is tO study the prOtective effect Of Wenyun mixture On intestinal mucOsal barrier and regulating effect On micrOflOra in spleen deficiency diarrhea mice. Methods The spleen deficiency mOuse mOdels were established by rhu-barb decOctiOn and treated by Wenyun mixture. The changes Of weight,diarrhea index,intestinal pathOlOgy examinatiOn were Observed,and the cOncentratiOn Of shOrt chain fatty acid in intestinal cOntents determined. Results Wenyun mixture had signif-icant antidiarrheal effect,which cOuld ObviOusly imprOve bOdy weight lOss induced by spleen-deficient diarrhea,relieve intesti-nal mucOsal injury as well as increase the cOntent Of shOrt-chain fatty acids in the mice. Conclusion Wenyun mixture plays a therapeutic rOle that can repair intestinal mucOus and imprOve the balance Of intestinal micrOflOra,thus tO achieve its anti-diar-rhea effect.%目的：探讨温运合剂对脾虚泄泻小鼠肠黏膜屏障的保护作用及对肠道菌群的调节作用。方法采用大黄水煎液制作小鼠脾虚泄泻模型，给予温运合剂进行治疗，观察小鼠的体质量、腹泻指数、肠道病理学检查变化情况，并测定肠内容物中短链脂肪酸的含量。结果温运合剂有明显止泻作用，可显著改善脾虚泄泻所致的体质量减少，减轻肠黏膜损伤，还可以显著提高脾虚泄泻小鼠的肠道短链脂肪酸含量。结论温运合剂可修复肠道黏膜，调节肠道微生态平衡，进而发挥其止泻作用。
