益气活血汤对缺血性脑卒中患者氧化应激反应及神经功能缺损程度的影响

摘要

Objective It is to observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on oxidative stress response and neurologic defi -cit in patients with iechemia stroke .Methods 80 ischemia stroke patients with randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 40 cases.The control group was treated with Aspirin and other normal western medicine , the observation group was added with Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of treatment in control group .The clinical curative effect and occurrence of side effects in both groups were observed , the changes of indexes of oxidative stress , platelet aggregation , NIHSS scores and Barthel index between the two groups were compared .Results After 4 weeks'treatment, the total effective rate was higher , NIHSS scores and platelet aggregation was lower , Barthel index was higher in observation group than that in control group, all the differences were significant (P<0.05).The oxidative stress response indexes (oxLDL, MDA, SOD and GSH-Px) were all improved obviously after treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and the improvements in observation group were more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in side effect between the two groups (P>0.05).Con-clusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction has good curative effect on ischemia stroke , which could improve living quality , relieve oxida-tive stress damage and neurologic deficit , and is worthy of wide application in clinic .%目的：观察自拟益气活血汤对缺血性脑卒中患者氧化应激反应及神经功能缺损程度的影响。方法将80例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分成观察组40例与对照组40例。对照组采取口服阿司匹林片及其他常规内科治疗方案，观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟益气活血汤治疗，观察2组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况，比较2组治疗后氧化应激指标水平、血小板聚集率、NIHSS评分与Barthel指数变化情况。结果治疗4周后，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组治疗后NIHSS评分、血小板聚集率显著低于对照组（P均＜0．05），而Barthel 指数显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05）；2组治疗4周后各氧化应激指标（ oxLDL、MDA、SOD、GSH－Px）水平较治疗前明显改善（P均＜0．05），且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）；2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论益气活血汤治疗缺血性脑卒中可提高临床疗效，改善患者日常生活能力，减轻氧化应激损伤，降低神经功能缺损程度，值得临床应用。
