Objective It is to observe clinical efficacy of the self-made traditional Chinese medicine of Qingyan Huajie soup ( QYHJs) combined with low-temperature plasma radio frequency tongue base ablation in treating obstructive sleep respir-atory pause hypopnea syndrome ( OSAHS) and the influence on immune function of organism.Methods 80 patients with mod-erate to severe OSAHS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each, all patients were given low temperature plasma radio frequency tongue base ablation treatment; the patients were treated plus QYHJs in the treatment group, one dose per day, take two times sooner or later, the course of treatment is eight weeks.The curative effects and the changes of immune function before and after treatment in two groups were compared.Results The cure and marked ef-ficacy rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significance difference in the TCM symptoms integral, T lymphocyte subpopulation difference before treatment between the two groups (all P>0.05);after treatment, there was no significant difference in control group (all P>0.05), while the above indexes were improved significantly compared with before, and with the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion QYHJs combined with low-temperature plasma radio frequency tongue base ablation can effectively improve immune function of patients with OSAHS, it has obvious value to improve the clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect of operation.%目的：观察低温等离子舌根射频消融术联合中药治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（ OSAHS）的临床疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法将80例中重度OSAHS患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例，2组均给予低温等离子舌根射频消融术治疗；治疗组加用自拟中药“清咽化结汤”治疗，每日1剂，分早晚2次服用，疗程8周。比较2组术后疗效及治疗前后免疫功能变化情况。结果治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组（ P＜0．05）；2组治疗前各项中医症候积分、T淋巴细胞亚群比较差异无统计学意义（P均＞0．05），治疗后对照组各项指标并无明显变化（P均＞0．05），而治疗组上述指标均较治疗前及同期对照组明显改善（P均＜0．05）。结论低温等离子舌根射频消融术联合中药可有效改善OSAHS患者免疫功能，对改善临床症状、提高手术疗效有明显价值。
