Objective It is to investigate the influence of enteral nutrition emulsion on immune function and nutritional sta-tus after partial hepatectomy in rats with liver cirrhosis.Methods 26 rats of liver cirrhosis model which were established suc-cessfully were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 13 cases in each group.Higgins method was used in the 2 groups for partial hepatectomy in rats.After operation, the rats were administered with oral enteral nutrition e-mulsion and regular diet in the observation group, whereas with regular diet only in the control group.The indexes of immune function and nutritional status before and after operation between two groups were compared.Results The levels of hemoglobin (Hb), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) were significantly lower after operation in the two groups (all P<0.05), but the indexes of the observation group were markedly higher than that of the control group ( all P<0.05) .The concentrations of CD3+, CD4 +, IgG, IgM, IgA and CD4+/CD8 +were significantly lower after opera-tion (all P<0.05) and the concentration of CD8 +were significantly higher (all P<0.05) in the two groups, and the con-centration of CD3 +, CD4 +, IgG, IgM, IgA and CD4 +/CD8 +in the observation group were significantly higher, and the con-centration of CD8 +was significantly lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion After partial hepatecto-my, the enteral nutrition emulsion can help to improve the nutritional status and immune function in rats with liver cirrhosis.%目的：探讨肠内营养乳剂瑞先对肝硬化肝癌大鼠肝部分切除术后营养状态与免疫功能的影响。方法将成功建立肝硬化肝癌模型大鼠26只随机分为观察组与对照组，每组13只。2组均应用Higgins法行大鼠肝部分切除术，观察组术后6 h灌胃肠内营养乳剂瑞先，连用7d；对照组给予普通饲料喂养，不予肠内营养液。比较2组大鼠术前及术后7 d免疫功能与营养状态。结果术后2组血清TG、TC、LDL、Hb水平均较术前明显降低（ P均＜0.05），但观察组各指标水平明显高于对照组（P均＜0．05）。术后2组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋及IgG、IgM、IgA 水平均明显低于术前（P均＜0．05），CD8＋明显高于术前（P 均＜0.05），但观察组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋及IgG、IgM、IgA水平均明显高于对照组（P均＜0．05），CD8＋明显低于对照组（P均＜0．05）。结论肝硬化肝癌大鼠行肝部分切除术后给予肠内营养乳剂有助于改善大鼠的营养状况与免疫功能。
