滋阴填精中药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血疗效及对CDC42、Rho A、Rac水平的影响

Objective It is to investigate the effect of nourishing Yin and replenishing essence of traditional Chinese medi -cine in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia and its influence on the levels of cell cycle protein ( CDC42 ) , a member of the Rho family of A (Rho A) and Ras related C3 botulinum toxin substrate (Rac).Methods 120 patients with chronic aplastic a-nemia were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group (60 cases) was given western medicine treatment , and the ob-servation group ( 60 cases ) was treated with nourishing Yin and replenishing essence of traditional Chinese medicine .The changes of TCM syndrome integral , peripheral blood index , degree of bone marrow hyperplasia , and the levels of CDC42, Rho A, Rac were observed before and after treatment , the short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were analyzed . Results The integral of palpitation, dizziness, general debility, night sweats, bleeding, and cold limbs in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P<0.05), the peripheral blood index level , the degree of bone marrow hy-perplasia, and the levels of CDC42, Rho A and Rac were significantly higher than those before treatment (all P<0.05), the improvement of the indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P<0.05 );the to-tal effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic aplastic anemia with nourishing Yin and replenishing essence of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the symp -toms and signs , improve the peripheral blood indexes and the degree of bone marrow hyperplasia , up-regulation the expression of CDC42, Rho A and Rac, and it can help reduce the risk of adverse reactions .%目的 探讨滋阴填精中药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血疗效及对细胞分裂周期蛋白(CDC42)、Rho家族成员A(Rho A)、Ras相关的C3肉毒杆菌毒素底物(Rac)水平的影响.方法 将120例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者随机分为2组,对照组60例给予西药治疗,观察组60例在此基础上加用滋阴填精中药治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、外周血指标、骨髓增生程度、CDC42、Rho A、Rac水平的变化情况,统计2组近期疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果 2组治疗后心悸、头晕、周身乏力、盗汗、出血及形寒肢冷积分均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),外周血指标水平,骨髓增生程度,CDC42、Rho A及Rac水平均显著高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组近期治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 滋阴填精中药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血可有效减轻症状体征,改善外周血指标和骨髓增生程度,上调CDC42、Rho A及Rac水平,并有助于降低不良反应发生风险.
