中药消异方对子宫腺肌症患者疼痛症状及子宫内膜容受性的影响研究

摘要

目的 研究中药消异方对子宫腺肌症患者疼痛症状及子宫内膜容受性的影响,以期寻找缓解子宫腺肌症患者痛苦、提高妊娠率的更有效方法.方法 将60例子宫腺肌症患者随机分为消异方组30例和对照组30例,消异方组给予中药消异方口服治疗3个月经周期,对照组仅给予生活指导3个月经周期.观察比较2组治疗前后疼痛评分及内膜胞饮突发育情况.结果 治疗后消异方组疼痛评分明显低于治疗前及对照组(P均＜0.05),子宫内膜胞饮突丰富的患者比例和胞饮突成熟的患者比例均明显高于治疗前及对照组(P均＜0.05),对照组治疗前后疼痛评分、子宫内膜胞饮突丰富的患者比例和胞饮突成熟的患者比例比较差异均无统计学意义(P均＞0.05).结论 中药消异方可以缓解子宫腺肌症患者的疼痛,并改善其子宫内膜容受性.%Objective It is to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyi Fang on pain and endometrial receptivity in patients with adenomyosis,thus to find out the methods which can relieve pain and improve the pregnancy rate more effectively in the patients.Methods 60 cases of patients with adenomyosis were randomly divided into two groups,Xiaoyi Fang group (n =30) and control group (n =30).The patients in Xiaoyi Fang group was treated with Chinese medicine Xiaoyi Fang for 3 menstrual cycles,the patients in control group was given life guide for 3 menstrual cycles without any treatment.The pain scored before and after treatment and the development of endometrial pinopodes were compared in both groups.Results In the Xiaoyi Fang group after treatment,the pain scores were lower than that before treatment and in control group (P ＜ 0.05),the proportion of patients with increased and ripe endometrial pinopodes was significantly higher than that before treatment and in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the pain score and the maturation degree of endometrial pinopodes in the control group after 3 courses compared with that before treatment (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyi Fang can relieve pain and improve endometrial receptivity in the patients with adenomyosis.
