多层螺旋CT多平面重建对急性肠梗阻病因的诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建对急性肠梗阻病因诊断的临床价值。方法：采集我院2012年1月至2013年5月经手术病理确诊为急性肠梗阻的病例27例，回顾分析患者CT多平面重建检查的结果，将CT结果与手术结果比较，统计CT对肠梗阻疾病诊断的准确率，及C T对肠梗阻病因诊断的准确率及敏感性。结果：C T对肠梗阻疾病诊断准确率为100%；对肠梗阻的病因诊断中，误诊2例，准确率为92.59%，误诊率为7.41%。结论：多层螺旋C T多平面重建对急性肠梗阻病因诊断准确性较高，对急性肠梗阻的诊断有重要临床意义。%Objective:To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction in the diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction. Methods:Collected 27 cases of acute intestinal obstruction in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2013 Conifrmed by operation and pathology, Retrospectived and analysised patients’ outcomes of CT multiple planar reconstruction examination ,compared the CT results with the operation results, statisticed the accurate rate of CT on diagnosis of intestinal obstruction disease, then statisticed the accuracy and sensitivity of CT on diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Results:The accuracy rate of CT on the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was 100%; etiological diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, 2 cases were misdiagnosed, the accuracy rate was 92.59%, the rate of misdiagnosis was 7.41%. Conclusion:There was higher accuracy on multi-slice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction for acute intestinal obstruction diagnosis, and was important clinical signiifcance in the diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction.
