小脑动静脉畸形伴出血显微手术治疗

摘要

目的：探讨小脑动静脉畸形伴出血行显微手术清除血肿并切除畸形的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院神经外科在2009年3月至2014年4月期间收治30例小脑动静脉畸形伴出血患者临床资料，所有患者行显微手术清除血肿并切除畸形。结果：完整切除畸形血管25例（83.3%），次全切除5例（16.7%）。术后按GOS评分，病人恢复良好21例（70.0%），轻残6例（20%），重残2例（6.7%），植物生存1例（3.3%）。结论：显微手术治疗小脑动静脉畸形伴出血疗效显著，可降低患者致残率。%Objective: To study the clinical effect of Microsurgery for the treatment of Cerebella arteriovenous malformation and hemorrhage. Methods: 30 patients with Cerebella arteriovenous malformation and hemorrhage selected from March 2009 to April 2014.Removed the hematoma and excised the malformation by the emergency microsurgery. Results: There are 25 cases(83.3%)with the total resection of malformed blood vessels and 5 cases (16.7%) with subtotal resection.According to the GOS grade, there were 21 cases 70.0%) with good recovery, 6 cases (20.0%) with slight disability, 2 cases (6.7%) with severe disability and 1 case with vegetative state. Conclusion:Microsurgery is an effective method for the treatment of cerebella arteriovenous malformation and hemorrhage disease, reduce the rate of disability.
