Objective: To investigate the rule antimicrobial therapy for recurrent UTI (urinary tract infection) effect.Methods: 104 patients admitted in our hospital with recurrent UTI from March 2010 to March 2014 were randomly divided into rule antimicrobial group and conventional antibacterial group, 52 cases each. Patients of 2 groups were receiving rule antimicrobial therapy; thymopentin united conventional antimicrobial therapy, and compared time for relieving symptoms, efficacy and recurrence.Results: The difference in symptoms relieving, the time for symptoms disappearing of two groups was not statistically significant. The therapy time of rule antimicrobial treatment group was significantly lower than that of conventional antimicrobial group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant. Levels of serum Cr, BUN and UA of two groups’ patients before and after treatment showed no signiifcant change, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Total effective rate of rule antimicrobial was 90.4%, it was signiifcantly higher than 59.6% of conventional antimicrobial group, the recurrence rate was 9.6% (5/52), it was also signiifcantly lower than 53.8% (28/52) of conventional antimicrobial group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusions: Rule antimicrobial therapy can signiifcantly reduce the time for relieving symptoms and treating, and effectively ensure clinical efifcacy and reduce the recurrence rate of UTI under the premise of not increasing nephrotoxicity.%目的：探讨规则抗菌疗法治疗复发性尿路感染（Urinary tract infection，UTI）疗效。方法：选取我院2010年3月—2014年3月收治的104例复发性U T I患者，随机分为规则抗菌组及常规抗菌组，各52例。2组患者分别接受规则抗菌疗法、胸腺五肽联合常规抗菌疗法治疗，比较其症状缓解时间、疗效及复发情况。结果：2组患者症状缓解、症状消失时间差异无统计学意义，规则抗菌组治疗时间显著低于常规抗菌组，差异有统计学意义。2组患者治疗前、疗程结束后血清Cr、BUN、UA水平均未见明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。规则抗菌组总有效率为90.4%，显著高于常规抗菌组的59.6%，其复发率为9.6%（5/52），亦显著低于常规抗菌组的53.8%（28/52），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：规则抗菌疗法能够显著缩短患者症状改善及治疗时间，在不增加肾毒性的前提下有效保证临床疗效，降低UTI复发率。
