PLC控制的直流发电机组自动监控系统设计

             

摘要

According to the actual needs of some enterprises, the series and parallel of the generator set were performed by combining the system with Siemens PLC S7-300, WinCC configuration, IPC and full digital DC speed regulator to achieve automated operation to provide all kinds of DC power supply for enterprises. The system can perform the real-time monitoring of power supply process and reduce the parallel loop flow of the system, so as to improve the generation efficiency of generator set. The test on the spot shows that the parallel loop flow of the system is reduced significantly and the system can work automatically.%根据厂矿企业的实际需要,本系统综合运用西门子PLC S7-300,WinCC组态、工控机、全数字直流调速等装置进行组合,对发电机组进行串并联,实现发电机组的自动化运行,以达到提供工厂所需各种直流电源的目的.同时,系统能对供电过程进行实时监控,减少系统的并联环流量,提高发电机组工作的发电效率.现场试验结果表明,系统并联环流明显较少且能实现自动运行.
