基于ADS仿真的X波段二倍频器设计

     

摘要

A X-band doubler, whose input frequency is 6. 1~6. 3 GHz, output frequency is 12. 2~12. 6 GHz and bandwidth is 400 MHz, is designed by imposing on the nonlinear characteristic of GaAsFET. On the basis of theoretic calculation,the optimization design of the iuput matching circuit, output matching circuit and parallel coupling bandpass filter are performed in combination with the microwave simulayion software ADS. The performance parameters of the doubler were obtained by relying on S parameter and harmonious balance simulation. The simulation result indicates that the design completely satisfy the request of performance index.%利用GaAsFET的非线性特性设计了一个X波段二倍频器,输入频率为、6.1~6.3 GHz,输出频率为12.2~12.6 GHz,带宽400 MHz.在理论计算的基础上,结合微波仿真软件ADS对输入匹配电路、输出匹配电路和平行耦合带通滤波器进行了优化设计,最后通过S参数及谐波平衡仿真得到倍频器的各项性能参数.仿真结果表明,该设计完全满足性能指标要求.
