为了解决雷电、电网开关操作、低压电源线上各类设备的起停操作及静电放电、电快速瞬变脉冲群等危险浪涌电压会影响电子设备的正常工作,甚至烧毁电路及设备等致命危害的问题。在此通过分析TVS器件的特性和主要参数及其工作原理,提出了TVS可以有效的保护TN电源系统、直流电源、信号线路及晶体管集成电路等,其应用范围广,且安全可靠,同时给出了TVS器件在各种电路设计中的典型应用保护电路。应用时应当针对不同的保护对象及电路的相关参数来选用适配元件。%In order to solve the problems caused by lightning,power switch operation,start-stop operation of each equip-ment on low-voltage power line and electrostatic discharge,electrical fast transient and dangerous surge voltage which affects the normal performance of electronic devices,or even burns circuits and equipments,it is proposed that the TVS can effectively pro-tect TN power system,DC power supply,signal circuit and transistor integrated circuit after the analysis of the characteristics, main parameters and working principle of TVS devices. Its application range is wide,and it is safe and reliable. The typical ap-plication of protection circuit of TVS devices in a variety of circuit design is pointed out in this paper. The adaptive elements should be selected according to the different protected objects and the related parameters of circuit.
