加热炉吹灰器控制器的设计与实现

         

摘要

A novel AT89C52⁃based soot blower controller used in reheating furnace was designed to solve the problems of structural complexity and maintenance difficulty of conventional soot blower controller for the reheating furnace. The hardware structure and working principle are described,and the hardware circuit is offered in his paper. In the case of air pressure,the controller program drives three solid⁃state relays to turn on sequentially and control three electromagnetic valves,so that the soot blower began to blow off the soot in reheating furnace,and the controller records the blowing time automatically. Compared with conventional soot blower controller for reheating furnace,this controller has advantages of simpler structure,higher reliability, lower cost and more convenient transplantation,etc. The experimental results show that the soot blower controller can be widely used in other reheating furnace systems.%  针对加热炉传统吹灰器控制器结构复杂、不易维修的问题,设计了一种基于AT89C52单片机的新型加热炉吹灰控制器,描述了电路硬件结构和工作原理,并给出了硬件电路。在一定气源压力下,控制器程序驱动三路固态继电器顺次导通,控制三路电磁阀,使吹灰器对加热炉进行吹灰,控制器自动记录吹灰时间。实验和工程应用测试结果均表明了该控制器较传统控制器具有结构简单、可靠性高、成本低和方便移植等特点,可广泛应用于其他加热炉系统中。
