数控铣削加工的计算机图形仿真算法分析

             

摘要

对数控铣削加工中的计算机图形仿真算法进行分析,在提高数控铣削加工质量方面具有重要意义。在模拟数控加工过程中,采用计算机图形仿真算法,对数控铣削加工中数控代码正确性进行验证,增加数控铣削仿真运行速度。仿真实验结果证明,在数控铣削加工中,运用计算机图形仿真算法,不仅明显减少仿真时间消耗,也可以将数控铣削仿真运行速度提升8.0%。经分析证实,在数控铣削加工中,采用计算机图形仿真算法,有助于实现对数控铣削加工的计算机图形仿真,可以提升数控铣削加工质量。%The application of computer graphics simulation algorithm in the process of numerical control milling is ana⁃lyzed. The analysis result indicates that the computer graphics technology can be adopted in the simulation of numerical control machining process. The correctness of NC code in NC milling process was verified on the basis of the computer graphics simula⁃tion algorithm. The application of the computer graphics simulation algorithm in the numerical control milling process can not on⁃ly significantly reduce the simulation time consumption,but also can increase the running speed of numerical control milling simulation by 8%. The analysis results prove that the application of computer graphics simulation algorithm in numerical control milling be conducive to the realization of the computer graphics simulation in NC milling process,and can improve the quality of NC milling process.
