面向海洋平台的无线低功耗冰激振动监测系统

     

摘要

The ice-induced vibration brings the potential hazards for offshore platform,so its real-time monitoring is vital to production safety of offshore oil and gas. The vibration acceleration can reflect the state of ice-induced vibration. Taking vibra-tion acceleration of offshore platform as the monitoring object,a low-power consumption wireless monitoring node for ice-induced vibration was developed on the basis of MEMS acceleration sensor ADXL202,ultra-low power consumption microcontroller At-mega128L and radio frequency chip CC1000. The maximum-minimum value method is used to calibrate the acceleration sensor, and realize the background storage and 3D visualization display for the acceleration data. The practical vibration monitoring ex-periments were carried out on vibration test platform,which can verify the correctness of time-domain experiment data in the as-pect of frequency domain. The working and sleeping power consumptions were measured. The node can work about two years by using the 2 A?h battery.%冰激振动对海洋平台带来了潜在的危害,对其进行实时监测对于海洋油气的安全生产至关重要.振动加速度的值可以反映冰激振动的状态.以海洋平台的振动加速度为监测对象,基于MEMS加速度传感器ADXL202、超低功耗单片机Atmega128L和无线射频CC1000开发了低功耗无线冰激振动监测节点,使用最大最小值法对加速度传感器进行标定,对加速度数据进行后台存储和三维可视化展示.在振动试验平台上进行实际振动监测实验,从频域角度证明了时域实验数据的正确性.对节点的工作及休眠功耗进行测量,节点可以在2A?h电池下工作两年左右.
