Its governing structure is highlighted with three key points including the legality and democracy of its supreme governing board,the well designed and efficient executive structure and its academic-oriented committee structure,which are all in line with the realities in Australia and ANU. For president selecting, leading arts and academic performance are equally stressed. The mechanism of president role playing is clearly written in related regulations and rules so that power of president can be both guaranteed and inspected properly.
