“2011计划”的实施使我国高校智库迎来了新的发展契机，高校智库协同建设应该成为中国特色新型智库的发展方向。目前，我国高校智库建设中存在行业内高校与行业间高校、直属高校与地方高校、发达地区高校与落后地区高校、国内高校与国外高校的协同建设不足问题。为此，需要建立高校智库顶层制度平台、大学内部治理平台、教育资源配置平台、国际高校智库交流平台、学科交叉发展平台等五大“平台”，推进中国高校智库协同大发展。%University think tank is ushering in a new opportunity for development with the implementation of the “2011 Plan”. Collaborative construction of university think tank should be the development direction of new think tank with Chinese characteristics. Currently ,the problems of collaboration like university in the industry and out of the industry,university directly under the Ministry of Education and local university,university in developed area and developing area,university in domestic and foreign in university think tank construction. For this reason,we need to establish the platform of university think tank top system design,the platform of university internal governance,the platform of educational resource configuration,the platform of interdisciplinary development,the platform of international think tank exchange to promote Chinese university think tank collaborative construction great development.
