我国高等教育人力资本与产业结构调整升级的相关性分析

摘要

Using factor analysis and nonlinear regression analysis,this paper analyses the correlation of higher e-ducation human capital and adjusting and upgrading of industrial structure in China during 1999-2013. We found that higher education is a main channel for transporting specialized human capital,and its development can play an important part in accumulation and development of human capital,progress of science and technology and optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. We must promote the interactive and coordinated development between higher education human capital and industrial structure upgrade, through increasing the investment in higher education,op-timizing the structure of higher education,reforming the distribution mechanism of talent market.%运用因子分析和非线性回归分析相结合的方法，对1999-2013年我国高等教育人力资本与产业结构调整升级的相关性进行实证分析研究发现，高等教育作为输送专业化人力资本的主要渠道，它的发展对于积累和开发人力资本、促进科技进步、加快产业结构调整升级具有重要作用。因此，必须通过加大高教投入、优化高教结构、改革人才市场配置机制等举措，促进高等教育人力资本与产业结构升级互动协调发展。
