专业学习共同体视阈下教师专业发展的遮迷与重塑

     

摘要

The characteristics of professional learning community include shard vision,shard leadership, collaborative learning and supportive conditions. From the perspective of professional learning community,teachers' professional development is facing some obstacles,namely,the obstacles of individualism,the alienation of learning rights and the confusion of cooperative learning. In order to reshape teachers'professional development,we can awaken awareness and develop shared vision;optimize the environment,and adopt shared leadership;practice reflection,and focus on team collaboration.%专业学习共同体的特质包括共同的愿景、共享性的领导、协作式学习与支持性条件.专业学习共同体视阈下的教师专业发展面临一定的遮迷,即个人主义的阻碍、学习权的异化与合作学习的困惑.若想重塑教师专业发展,则需唤醒意识,制定共同愿景;优化环境,采用共享性的领导;实践反思,注重团队协作.
