教育中的性别意识偏向及哲学反思--从“第二性”的角度

     

摘要

受劳动分工中的性别角色定位、传统文化中的性别气质期待、性别平等政策落实不到位、性别意识的错误的主观认同和大众话语中的性别歧视等历史、社会和主观因素的共同影响,教育中普遍存在隐性的性别意识偏向,如教材体系所体现的男性中心价值体系,教师性别观念中的思维定势,学科中的性别霸权,学校性别教育的缺失等。超越二元对立思维方式,从“第二性”的角度来审视和反思教育中的性别意识偏向,旨在重新理解性别意识的三个层面,即平等意识、差异意识和协调意识。%The bias of implicit gender awareness is excited widespread in education, such as teaching material system embodied in the male centered value system, teachers' gender concept in the mindset, subject gender hegemony, the lack of sex education in schools and so on by the presence of history, society and the subjective factors--sex role orientation in the division of labor, the traditional culture of gender temperament expectations and subjective identification of errors on the gender consciousness, policy of gender equality, the concept of implementation is not in place and the public discourse neutral discrimination in the widespread. To reexamine and rethink profoundly the biased gender consciousness in education from the perspective of "the second sex", beyond antagonistic thinking mode about binary opposition. The purpose is to promote the concept of equality between men and women, to reunderstand the three levels of gender consciousness, equal consciousness, difference consciousness and awareness of coordination.
