高校“好教师”成长环境的调控与优化策略*--基于文化管理的视角

     

摘要

“好教师”是教师成长新的方向。高校应从文化管理视角剖析“好教师”成长环境的文化维度,通过建构教师学习共同体,完善现代大学制度文化建设,催生人际信任的教师行为文化,打造教育性、人文性、特色性和整体性相融的物质文化环境等文化管理策略,对“好教师”成长环境进行持续的调控和优化,为其成长提供充溢文化动力的生态环境。%Becoming "good teacher" is a new direction of teachers growing and development .Universities should base on the perspective of cultural management to analyze the cultural dimensions of "good teachers" growing environment, concentrate on constructing teachers' learning community, improve modern university institutional culture construction, encourage the growth of teachers’ interpersonal trust behavior culture, create an educational, humanism and characteristic material culture environment. These are the strategies of cultural management to continuously regulate and optimize the "good teachers" growing environment, which provide the cultural ecological environment for their growth.
