香港大学'互联网+'继续教育系统模式的实践思考

         

摘要

"互联网+"继续教育就是釆用互联网技术,实现技术和继续教育的深度融合,形成一种新型的更加信息化的继续教育模式.在进入"互联网+"的Web3.0时代,需要运用"互联网+"继续教育发展的系统模式.从香港大学应用"互联网+"继续教育系统模式实践经验来看,有四点重要启示:第一,"互联网+"继续教育发展需要顶层设计,釆用先进的网络管理和技术理念,重点在基础设施、管理系统、课程和教学等方面做好规划,以保证系统模式有效运行;第二,"互联网+"继续教育的技术支撑应该立足本校需求进行建设.技术应用的着眼点不应单从高端技术考虑,而应基于实际需求、有效应用和成本效益;第三,"互联网+"继续教育的管理系统发展,应根据规划阶段性发展,每一步基于统一技术路线发展的新内容,都应与已有平台和系统无缝衔接;第四,"互联网+"继续教育遵循教育驱动和技术支撑的教育理念,发挥教师的核心作用,发挥技术人员的支持地位,有效担当"互联网+"继续教育的管理和教学工作.%"Internet +" continuing education is a kind of newer and more informationalized model of continuing education, resulting from the deep integration of technology and continuing education by adopting the Internet technology. With the advent of the "Internet +" Web 3.0 era, we need to have a systematic mode of"Internet +" continuing education development. The lessons can be learned from the practice of the University of Hong Kong in applying the systematic mode of "Internet +" continuing education development in four aspects. Firstly, an overall design is required for the development of "Internet +" continuing education, and advanced network management and technology concepts are adopted, with an emphasis on the planning, especially in the aspects of infrastructure, management system, curriculum and teaching, etc., to ensure the effective operation of the systematic mode. Secondly, the technical support for the"Internet+"continuing education systematic mode should be based upon the actual demands of the school itself. The focus of the technical application should not only on the high-end technologies, but also on the actual demands, effectiveness and cost efficiency. Thirdly, the"Internet+"continuing education management system should be developed gradually in stages. Each new component developed in accordance with the unified technology roadmap should be added to the current platforms and systems in a seamless manner. Fourthly, "Internet +" continuing education follows the principles of education-driven and technology-supported, which requires the teacher to play a leading role while the technician a supportive role, to effectively shoulder the management and teaching tasks of the"Internet+"continuing education.
