无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰竭的临床研究

摘要

目的：研究无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年1月～2013年12月收治的56例急性左心衰竭患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组给予常规对症支持治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰竭，临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To study the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in patients with acute left heart failure. Methods 56 patients with acute left heart failure in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were treated, and were randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group, each group of 28 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, the ob-servation group was received noninvasive ventilator. Curative effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results In the observation group, the clinical efficacy was better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure is significant, and is worthy of clinical application.
