目的：对比研究开放手术与腹腔镜手术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效。方法选取我院2012年3月～2014年1月收治的72例精索静脉曲张患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组采用开放手术治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组手术情况、临床症状改善情况及复发率。结果观察组在手术时间、住院时间、术后使用镇痛药情况上优于对照组。两组在临床症状改善情况及精液改善情况上无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。观察组复发率显著低于对照组。结论腹腔镜手术治疗效果佳，值得临床推广。%Objective To study the clinical effect of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of varicocele. Methods 72 cases of varicocele patients from March 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group with 36 patients. Open surgery were used in the control group, laparoscopic surgery were used in the observation group. Improvement of clinical symptoms and the recurrence rate were observed. Results Effect of treatment group was better than the control group. There was no significant dif-ference(P>0.05) on the improvement of clinical symptoms and semen improvement of the situation. The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. Con-clusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery is good and worthy of clinical promotion.
