The molecular markers of follicular thyroid tumors were summarized in this article. It was collated and conclued respectively from the telomere and telomerase reverse transcriptase, special protein, oncogene and tumor suppressor gene mutation, providing the basis for clinical di-agnosis and identify.%本文对甲状腺滤泡型肿瘤分子标记物的研究进展进行综述，分别从端粒酶与端粒酶逆转录酶、特殊蛋白质、癌基因与抑癌基因突变等三个方面进行整理与归纳，为临床诊断与鉴别提供依据。
