老年慢性阻塞性肺病诊治进展

在众多呼吸系统慢性疾病中，慢性阻塞性肺病的发病率和致死率均较高，且近年来均呈现逐年攀升的趋势，对老年人的生命健康带来了严重的负面影响。在这一前提下，对慢性阻塞性肺病的发病机制和诊治方法不断分析和研究已经成为临床工作者的重点关注课题之一，文章将从老年慢性阻塞性肺病的流行现状与危害、病因与发病机制、诊断与治疗三个方面做出详细综述。%In numerous chronic diseases of respiratory system, incidence rate and fatality rate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is higher,and in recent years showed a rising trend. It has brought serious negative impact on the life and health of the elderly. Within this context, research on pathogenesis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has become one of the focus of clinical workers’attention. This paper will make a detailed overview from the epidemic situation and damage diagnosis, etiology and pathogenesis in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
