目的：探讨胃食管返流症采用西沙必利联合泮托拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法选取胃食管返流病87例，根据不同的治疗方法将患者分为两组，观察组44例，采用西沙必利联合泮托拉唑治疗，对照组43例，单独采用泮托拉唑治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗有效率分别为90.91%、67.44%，观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且观察组患者症状改善率（88.64%），也明显高于对照组患者（65.12%），两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论胃食管返流症采用西沙必利与泮托拉唑联合治疗的临床效果明显优于单独采用泮托拉唑治疗，联合治疗方法值得临床推广使用。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cisapride and pantoprazole in the treat-ment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 87 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease were selected, according to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups, observation group (n=44) were used cisapride combined pantoprazole, control group (n=43) were only used pantoprazole, clinical curative effect were compared. Results Effective rate of two groups respectively were 90.91%, 67.44%, observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05), and symptom improvement rate of observation group patient was 88.64%, signifi-cantly higher than control group (65.12%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of gastroe-sophageal reflux disease with combination therapy of cisapride and pantoprazole is obviously better than singly using pantoprazole, combination therapy is worthy of clinical use.
