一种反导作战效果评估方法

摘要

The anti-TBM operational effect evaluation is an important unit of the anti-TBM campaign process. An anti-TBM index system is constructed by APH method after analyzing terminal anti-TBM campaign process. The evaluation model is setup on the basis of fuzzy logic and the comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. It is showed by the example that anti-TBM effect evaluation is more evaluated objectively and truly by the comprehensive evaluation method. Furthermore, a new approach for anti-TBM effect evaluation is provided and a theoretic support for air defense and anti-TBM is provided, which is of important martial meaning and application worth.%反导作战效果评估是反导作战过程中的重要环节.在分析末段反导作战过程的基础上,应用层次分析法构建了反导作战效果评估指标体系,建立了基于模糊逻辑的评估模型并给出了综合评估方法.应用实例表明,采用综合模糊评估方法,可以更客观准确地评价反导作战的效果,为拦截评估提供一种新的技术途径,并为防空反导体系建设提供理论支撑,具有重要的军事意义和应用价值.
