区域反导作战体系涌现性评价模型研究

摘要

In order to solve the problem of emergence characteristic evaluation of theatre missile defense (TMD) system, the concept of the emergence characteristic of the system is explained firstly. Then some judging principles are given to find out the emergence characteristics. After the analysis of operational capability indicators of systems and subsystems, the operational capability indicators of TMD system are given according to the emergence conduct of the system. And then some mathematical models are put forward to formulize those indicators of the system, which can provide a quantitative method of evaluating the emergence character of TMD system.%为有效评价区域反导作战体系的涌现性,阐释了区域反导作战体系涌现性的概念,给出了体系涌现性的判定原则,在分析子系统级和系统级作战能力指标基础之上,充分考虑体系的涌现行为,指出了体系级的作战能力指标,并以此作为评价体系涌现性的依据,分别给出了各项涌现性评价指标的数学模型,从而为区域反导作战体系涌现性的定量评价研究提供了一种思路.
