Aiming at the issue of anti-jamming efficiency evaluation of telemetry,tracking and control (TT&C) system in complex electromagnetic environment,the anti-interference evaluation index system is built with multiple performance parameters constraining from the respective of signal acquisition,tracking and communication after analyzing the structure and main performance parameters of direct sequence/frequency hopping (DS/FH) hybrid spread spectrum TT&C system,which effectively solves the problem of indeterminate consistency and attributive dispersion between different performance indexes.On this basis,an alternative scheme of index system including the maximum anti-interference efficiency mode and the minimum cost mode is proposed,and a synthetic anti-interference efficiency evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and an optimal system parameter selection model based on grey correlation are respectively built according to different evaluation requirements.Simulations have demonstrated that the models proposed are feasible and effective for anti-interference evaluation and system parameter optimization.%针对航天测控系统在复杂电磁环境下的抗干扰效能评估问题,以直扩/跳频混合扩频测控系统为研究对象,分析了系统基本结构和主要性能参数,从信号捕获、跟踪测量、数传通信3个能力视角出发,构建了一种多性能参数结构约束的抗干扰效能评估指标体系,有效解决了传统指标体系中各指标之间一致性模糊、属性分散的缺点.在此基础上,根据不同的评估需求,提出了最大效能和最小代价2种评估指标体系选择模式,分别建立了基于层次分析法(AHP)的综合抗干扰效能评估模型和基于灰色关联法的抗干扰系统参数优化选择模型,通过仿真分析验证了模型在抗干扰评估和系统参数优化选择中的可行性和有效性.
