25例基孔肯雅热患者的观察及护理

摘要

Objectives To probe into the key points of condition observation and nursing of Chikungunya patients. Methods The care process of 25 cases with Chikungunya was retrospectively analyzed. Result All the 25 Chikungunya patients were cured and discharged without care complications and nosocomial infection in nursing. Conclusion Complications should be prevented effectively by nursing intervention for chikungunya patients based on their clinical symptoms to prevent cross-infection for the purpose of promoting their early recovery.%目的 探讨基孔肯雅热患者的病情观察及护理要点.方法 对25例基孔肯雅热患者进行治疗,总结患者病情特点及治疗护理情况.结果 25例基孔肯雅热患者均痊愈出院,无发生护理并发症及院内感染.结论 根据基孔肯雅热患者的临床症状采取针对性护理措施及做好消毒隔离工作,可有效预防并发症,避免医院内发生交叉感染,促进患者早日康复.
