院前急救护士职业危害情况调查分析及对策

摘要

Objective To investigate the occupational hazards of nursing care at pre-hospital emergency and work out a preventive strategy.Method A self-designed questionnaire on occupational hazards at pre-hospital emergency was used to investigate the occupationalhazards.Results 237 cases of nursing care occupatinnal hazards occurred in 88 nurses at pre-hospital emergency.The incidence rates of microbiological hazards, manual lahour hazards and noise hazards were 35.4％, 30.0％ and 18.1％.Conclusion Occupational hazards in the pre-hospital emergency nursing care are evident so that it is important for the hospital administrators to reinforce safety education so as to avoid the incidences of occupational hazards.%目的 了解院前急救护士职业危害发生情况,并制订相应的防护对策.方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷对本院急诊科88名院前急救护士进行调查,了解其职业危害的发生情况.结果 88名院前急救护士发生职业危害237次,其中微生物危害、体力劳动危害及噪声危害发生的比例较高,分别占35.4%、30.0%及18.1%.结论 院前急救护士存在职业危害状况,医院应该采取多种形式,强化职业安全教育,避免职业危害的发生.
