情境教学在护理紧急风险预案教学中的应用

             

摘要

Objective To study the effect of situational teaching approach in nursing emergency risk management.Methods 88 nurses for internship rounds during July 2008 and July 2009 were randomized into experiment group and control group: in the experiment group the situational teaching approach was used and the control received routine teaching approsch.Results The operative skills and communicating ability in the experiment group were both hetter than those of the control group (P <0.05).81.81% of the nurses in the experiment group thougbt the situational teaching approach could improve their mental quality and enhance their abilities in preventing risks.None nurse in the former group but four in the control were complained because of improper handlinS of nursing emergency risk.Conclusions The situational teaching approach used in nursing emcrgency risk management may motivate them into leaming.It is of benefits for the cultivation of emergency handling ability and communicating ability.It is good for cultivating practicing nursing talents of high quality.%目的 探讨情境教学在护理紧急风险预案教学中的应用方法和效果.方法 选择2008年7月-2009年7月在本院各科轮转的护士88名,随机分为对照组(44名)采用常规教学方法,实验组(44名)采崩情境教学方法.结果 实验组护士操作技能和应急、沟通协调能力均优于对照组护士,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05).81.81%以上的护士认为情境教学能提高心理素质及应变能力和提高风险防范意识和能力.实验组无1名护士因风险处理措施不当而发生护理投诉及医疗纠纷;对照组有4名护士因风险处理不当而发生护理投诉.结论 在护理紧急风险预案教学中实施情境教学,可激发护士的学习热情和兴趣,培养护士的应急应变能力、沟通能力.
