Objective To explore the causes of PICC-associated complications in cancer patients discharged for curative intermission and the nursing countermeasures. Method A total of 58 tumor patients were registered, educated with the method of four-step-education, investigated by questionnaires and followed up on telephone. Result Errhysis at puncture points occurred in two cases, phlebitis in one case, skin allergies in five cases, catheter obstruction in one case, fat liquefaction in one case and thrombosis in two cases. Conclusion The key point to lower the risk of complications happening to discharged tumor patients with PICC is health education in different ways, guidance of nursing household care to patients and their families, providence of professional care to PICC and regular follow-ups on phone.%探讨肿瘤患者治疗间歇期出院后携带经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(periphally inserted central catheter,PICC)并发症发生原因,并提出护理对策.方法 对58例治疗间歇期出院后携带PICC患者在出院时建立长期手册,通过电话随访及回院复查了解患者PICC并发症发生情况,并分析原因,提出对策.结果 穿刺点渗血2例,静脉炎1例,皮炎5例,导管堵塞1例,脂肪溢化1例,血栓2例.结论 肿瘤患者治疗间歇期出院后携带PICC并发症发生率较高,除了应根据并发症发生的原因,采取针对性措施,开展健康宣教,教会患者和家属导管的日常护理方法外,还应向患者提供就近PICC专业维护,定期电话随访.
