目的 了解本院环境卫生学及消毒灭菌的现状,为控制医院感染提供依据.方法 对2008～2011年本院环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果进行监测,并对结果进行分析.结果 本院4年消毒灭菌监测样品合格率呈稳定趋势,X2=1.588,P＞0.05,差异无统计学意义.压力蒸汽灭菌炉、环氧已烷气体灭菌炉、灭菌物品的合格率均为100％;空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、透析系统、内窥镜监测合格率比较,均P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 加强医院洁净手术室、血透室透析系统的管理和消毒效果的监测,及时发现医院感染隐患对降低医院感染具有重要的意义.%Objective To investigate the present situations of sterilization in some hospital so as to provide the basis for the hospital infection. Methods The environmental situations were monitored and the sterilization was carried out from 2008 to 2011. The results were analyzed. Results The qualification rate for disinfection was stable for the past 4 years in the hospital (x2 = 1.588, P > 0.05). The qualification rates for disinfection by pressure steam and ethylene oxide were both 100%. The samples from the gas, object surface, hands of the medical personnel, disinfectant solution in use, dialysis system and endoscopes had a statistically significant differences in disinfection effects (all P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The strengthened monitoring to the clean operation room, the blood purification room and intensified monitoring of hospital infection is of great importance fort prevention and reduction of hospital infection risks.
