老年高血压患者健康行为自我效能与自我护理能力的相关性研究

摘要

目的 了解老年高血压患者健康行为自我效能和自我护理能力的情况,并探讨两者间的相关性.方法 采用健康行为自我效能量表和自我护理能力量表对206例老年高血压患者的自我效能和自我护理能力进行调查.结果 老年高血压患者的健康行为自我效能和自我护理能力得分分别为(66.24±13.95)分和(106.37±19.74)分.患者的自我效能和自我护理能力呈正相关(r=0.492,P＜0.001).结论 提升患者自我价值和自我效能可提高患者的自我护理能力,进而提高其生活质量.%Objective To explore the correlations between self-efficacy of health behavior and self-care ability of elderly hypertensive patients. Method The Self-efficacy Scale and the Self-Care Ability Scale were used to investigate the self-efficacy of health behavior and self-care ability in 206 elderly hypertensive patients. Result The scores of patients' self-efficacy and self-care agency were (66.24 ± 13.9S) and (106.37 ± 19.74), respectively. They were positively correlated (r = 0.492, P < 0.001). Conclusion Enhanced self-concept and self-efficacy of the patients may ameliorate their self-care ability and finally improve patients' quality of life.
