目的：探讨3M皮肤保护膜联合造口粉预防大便失禁相关性皮炎（incontinence－associated dermatitis，IAD）的效果。方法按随机数字表法将大便失禁的63例患者随机分为观察组32例与对照组31例，对照组患者肛周局部皮肤给予常规护理，观察组患者肛周局部皮肤给予3M皮肤保护膜联合造口粉预防失禁性皮炎。比较两组患者IAD发生时间、发生率及严重程度。结果观察组患者IAD发生时间明显长于对照组，IAD发生率明显低于对照组，严重程度明显轻于对照组，两组比较，均P＜0．01，差异具有统计学意义。结论使用3M皮肤保护膜联合造口粉可预防IAD或延长其发生时间，从而减轻患者痛苦，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the effect of 3M skin protective film combined with colostomy powder on dermatitis caused by bowl movement incontinence . Methods Sixty-three patients with fecal incontinence were randomly divided into observation group (n =32) and control group (n=31). The control group received routine nursing and the observation group was treated with 3M skin protective film combined with Cambel colostomy powder. The two groups were compared in terms of incidence and severity of incontinent dermatitis. Result The duration of dermatitis in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group, while the incidence of incontinent dermatitis and severity were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P<0.01). Conclusion 3M skin protective film combined with Cambel colostomy powder can prevent incontinent dermatitis so as to relieve patients′pain. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
