RP-HPLC 同时测定健阳片中3种成分

摘要

Objective:To develop an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid,icariin in Jian Yang Tablets.Methods:The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Dionex Acclaim C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5.0 μm)with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphate as mobile phases at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min -1 for gradient elution,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Its linear relationship,precision,repeatability,stability,and recoveries were investigated.Results:The seven components were well separated and showed good linearity,such as liquiritin 0.036 4 -0.546 0 μg(r =0.999 8),glycyrrhizic acid 0.321 2 -4.818 0 μg(r =0.999 7),icariin 0.384 0 -5.760 0 μg (r =0.999 9).The average recoveries were between 99.60% and 100.76% (RSD≤2.0%).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and repeatable.It can be applied to the quality control of Jian Yang Tablets.%目的：建立同时测定健阳片中甘草苷、甘草酸、淫羊藿苷3种成分的 RP-HPLC 方法。方法：Dionex Acclaim C18色谱柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5.0μm）；流动相为乙腈-0.05％磷酸溶液；流速为0.8 mL·min －1，梯度洗脱；柱温为30℃。分别对线性关系、精密度、重复性、稳定性及加样回收率进行考察。结果：被测定的3种指标成分中甘草苷在0.0364～0.5460μg（r ＝0.9998）、甘草酸在0.3212～4.8180μg（r ＝0.9997）、淫羊藿苷在0.3840～5.7600μg（r ＝0.9999）线性关系良好；平均加样回收率在99.60％～100.76％（RSD≤2.0％）。结论：该方法简便、准确，重复性好，可为健阳片的质量控制提供参考。
