环境胁迫影响药用真菌生长及生理生化机制的研究进展

摘要

为探究环境胁迫条件对药用真菌生长及生理生化机制的影响,本文就近年来食用及药用真菌在环境胁迫条件的生长代谢变化规律进行系统总结,旨在为药用真菌质量形成机制研究、药用真菌分子育种研究以及提高药用真菌产量和质量提供依据.同时,环境胁迫也可诱导药用真菌产生独特的生物代谢途径,为其提供了产生具有活性的新化合物的潜力,也可为利用药用真菌进行药物开发奠定基础.%In order to explore the effect of environmental stress on the growth and physiological and biochemical mechanism of medicinal fungi,the researches of recent years on the growth and metabolism of fungi and medicinal fungi in adversity were summarized,aiming at providing the basis for the study of mechanism of the formation of medicinal fungi and the medicinal fungi Molecular breeding research,and improving the yield and quality of medicinal fungi.At the same time,stress can also induce medicinal fungi to produce a unique biological metabolic pathway,which provides the potential to produce new compounds,and also lays foundation for drug development with medicinal fungi.
