目的:对臭参正丁醇萃取部位的化学成分进行研究.方法:采用反相、凝胶和高效液相等色谱法结合核磁共振波谱、质谱等分离和鉴定臭参正丁醇萃取部位化合物的结构.结果:从中分离得到21个化合物,分别为7R,8R-苏式4,7,9,9-四羟基-3-甲氧基-8-O-4'-新木脂素-3'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),儿茶素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),紫丁香酚苷(3),松柏苷(4),党参苷Ⅱ(5),(Z)4-羟基肉桂醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),2-羟甲基苯基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),苄基-6-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-O-β-D-毗喃葡萄糖苷(8),(2E)-2-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基)-3-苯基-2-丙烯酸(9),(2Z)-2-(3-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基)-3-苯基-2-丙烯酸(10),2-苯乙基-6-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11),党参苷Ⅰ(12),3-羟基4-{4-[(1E)4-羟基丙-1-烯-1-基]-2-甲氧基苯氧基}丙基-β-D-毗喃葡萄糖苷(13),(2E)4-羟基-2-己烯酸(14),(2E)-3-甲基-2-戊二酸(15),5-乙酰莽草酸(16),色氨酸(17),腺苷(18),烟酸(19),咖啡因(20),5-(甲氧羰基)-2-吡咯烷酮(21).结论:21个化合物均为已知化合物,其中化合物8、9、11、13和21为首次从臭参中分离得到.%Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the n-butanol extract of Codonopsis pilosula produced in Yunnan province.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatography.Their structures were identified by NMR and MS.Results:Twenty-one known compounds were isolated from n-butanol extract of C.pilosula from in Yunnan province.Their structures were identified as 7R,8R-threo-4,7,9,9'-tetrahydroxy-3-methoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1),catechin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranside (2),syringin (3),coniferin (4),tangshenoside Ⅱ(5),(Z)-4-hydroxycinnamyl alcohol 4-O-.β-D-glucopyranoside (6),2-hydroxymethylphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7),benzyl-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8),(2E)-2-(3-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-3-phenyl-2-propenoic acid (9),(2Z)-2-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-3-phenyl-2-propenoic acid (10),2-phenylethyl 6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (11),tangsheno side Ⅰ (12),3-hydroxy-2-{4-[(1E)-3-hydroxyprop-l-en-l-yl]-2-methoxyphenoxy} propylβ-D-glucopyranoside (13),(2E)-4-hydroxy-2-hexenoic acid (14),(2E)-3-methyl-2-pentenedioic acid (15),5-acetylshikimic acid (16),tryptophan (17),adenosine (18),niacin (19),caffeine (20),and 5-(methoxycarbonyl)-2-pyrrolidone (21),respectively,by spectroscopic methods.Conclusion:Among these substances,compounds 8,9,11,13 and 21 were isolated from C.pilosula for the first time.
