油田企业财务管理现状与完善对策分析

摘要

Financial management is the economic lifeline of the stable and good development of oilfield enterprise, the fund guarantee syste m of oilfield enterprise operating, the bridge that connecting each link of enterprise production and operation, and the important content and core part of enterprise management. This paper starting from the situation of shallow knowledge, non-transparent information data and low management efficiency of oilfield enterprise financial management,pointed out the problems of financial management reform,backward ideas,imperfect system and unprofessional pers onnel for oilfield enterprise finance.On that basis, it puts forward the financial management transformation to ‘refinement’, financial management syst em construction, development of financial management information system, participation of financial management in management and decisions, and t eam construction and responsibility etc. five countermeasures, and provide guidance for further perfection of oilfield enterprise financial management.%财务管理是油田企业稳定良好发展的经济命脉，是油田企业运转的资金保障制度，也是贯彻企业生产经营的各个环节，是油田企业管理工作的重要内容和核心组成部分。从本文从油田企业财务管理认识浅薄、信息数据不透明、管理效率低这一现状出发，指明了油田企业存在财务管理为改革、思想理念落后、制度不健全、人员不专业等突出问题。在此基础上，提出财务管理“精细化”转型、构建财务管理制度体系、开发财务管理信息系统、财务管理参与经营决策、建设队伍和职责等五项完善对策，对油田企业财务管理进一步完善提供指导。
