酸改性高岭土载体对钯基吸附剂脱汞性能的影响

     

摘要

采用盐酸对乌兰察布市高岭土进行改性,以改性前后高岭土为载体,Pd为活性组分,用等体积浸渍法制备系列吸附剂,并评价其煤气脱汞性能.通过XRD、TEM和N2吸附对吸附剂的活性组分存在状态、改性前后高岭土载体的孔结构等进行相关分析.发现酸改性几乎不影响高岭土的矿物组成和化学组成.酸改性后的高岭土作为载体制备的吸附剂其脱汞效率均高于改性前的脱汞效率.10%的酸改性效果最为明显.酸改性均不同程度地提高了高岭土载体的比表面积,促进了活性组分的分散效果,进而提高脱汞效率.%This study, by modifing kaolin of Ulangap with different concentrations of hydrochloric acid, a series of sorbents were prepared by the pore volume impregnationthe using the natural and modified kaolin as the carrier and the Pd as active component. The performance of the prepared sorbent removing mercury from coal derived fuel gas was investigated using a fixed-bed reactor at mid-temperature. XRD, TEM and BET were employed to analyze the structure of different carrier and the existential state of the metal content of sorbent. It can be found that the mineral and chemical composition not be affected by modifing kaolin with acid, and the mercury removal activity of sorbent using modified kaolin as the carrier is higher than the sorbent using natural kaolin as the carrier. The mercury removal activity of sorbent using modified kaolin with 10% of hydrochloric acid as the carrier is the highest and most stable. The BET surface area is increased inordinately of sorbent by modifing kaolin with hydrochloric acid and the active component dispersiveness is enhanced and it leads to increase the mercury removal activity.
