The chunk graphite which had been easy to form due to the heavy section of castings was eliminated by adding trace amount of antimony ; the shrinkage cavity and porosities defects were prevented by setting risers and chills; the pinhole defect was eliminated by adopting high tapping temperature and fast pouring method; as the result, exporting-qualified castings were obtained.
