我国高纯生铁的生产和应用情况

摘要

The present development tendency of iron castings and properties requirements for the iron castings were introduced.To adopt high-purity pig iron was considered as the necessary foundation for the high-quality castings production. The history of the high-purity pig iron prod uc lion and two processes used for high-purity pig iron production in China were described in detail.By citing some data,the Chinese and foreign high-purity pig irons were compared and thereby it was showed that the China's high purity pig iron production technology has matured, and the quality of Chinese high-purity pig iron has reached and even exceeded the quality level of foreign high-purity pig irons.%介绍了当今铸铁件的发展趋势及对其性能的要求,认为生产优质铸件的基础条件是采用高纯生铁.详细阐述了我国高纯生铁的生产历程和生产方法,对比国内外高纯生铁的指标数据,指出我国高纯生铁生产技术已经成熟,可媲美国外同类产品.
