高纯生铁、超高纯生铁在特钢行业的应用

超高纯生铁的As、Sn、Sb、Bi、Pb、Cu、Al、Ti、N等元素含量低,是冶炼帘线钢、轴承钢、低压转子锻用钢、核电锻用钢等的配碳原料.同时可代替增碳剂、电极作为LF炉的增碳原料,使用超高纯生铁增碳可降低生产成本.%Ultra-high purity cast iron with lower element contents of As, Sn, Sb, Bi, Pb, Cu, Al, Ti and N is used as carbon material for steel melting, such as cord steel, bearing steel, forging steel for low pressure rotor and forging steel for nuclear power and so on.Meanwhile, the iron could be taken as the carbon raw material for ladle furnace instead of carbon additive and electrode, finally the production cost could be reduced by carbon addition of ultra-high purity cast iron.
